AGENCY FEES: 

Agency Fees to Tenants:

Single Tenancy:  £225 (inc VAT @ 20%)

Joint Tenancy (up to 2 tenants) £275 (inc VAT @ 20%)

 

Contract Renewal £48 (inc VAT @ 20%)

 

Referencing tenant (identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current and previous employers / landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing forms) and arranging and agreeing the tenancy and agreement.

SCALE OF FEES

 

Standard Management Fee:      

 

Full Management Service                  

12% of rent due, payable each month for term of the tenancy.

Fee equates to 10% plus VAT @ current rate of 20%

Example: Monthly rent £800, fee charged 10% = £80 this is subject to VAT @ 20% = £16

Fee due £80 plus £16.00 = Total Monthly Fee £96.

 

Renewal of Tenancy Agreement to existing tenant.

Fee:  £48.

Fee equates to £40 plus VAT @ current rate of 20%

£40 subject  VAT @ 20% = £8 providing Total due: £48.

 

Inventory.

Fee: £96.

Fee equates to £80 plus VAT @ current rate of 20%

£80 subject to VAT @ 20% = £16 providing Total due £96.

 

Tenant Find Service.

90% of First Month’s Rent .

Example: Monthly Rent £800 = Fee due:  £720.

Fee equates to 75% of First Month’s Rent plus VAT @ current rate of 20%.

Rent £800, fee 75% = £600 this subject to VAT @ current rate of 20% = £120

Providing Total due: £600 plus £120 = £720.
